Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at 0336-5237780 with details of the product and the defect.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and potential refund or replacement due to a defect:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with signs of use or wear.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your defective return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable period of time.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

- Contact your bank.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us at alareespakistan@gmail.com for instructions on how to proceed.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

To return your defective product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
